Dr. Punyapriya Gopal is a physician by training and an evidence-informed Reiki Master Teacher specializing in the integration of Reiki within healthcare settings. With clinical training in Radiation Oncology in India and over three decades of healthcare exposure in India and the United States, she has collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to provide complementary Reiki services for patients in oncology, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and palliative care environments.

She serves as Reiki Program Coordinator at Hartford Hospital, where she leads volunteer training, develops program protocols, and advances program expansion within one of the nation’s longest-running hospital-based Reiki programs. Her work focuses on delivering structured, clinically appropriate Reiki services and practitioner training for both healthcare and community settings.

She is the founder of Comprehensive Reiki Solutions LLC, where she offers structured supportive education for patients and families navigating complex health conditions and major life transitions, with an emphasis on recovery oriented coping, self-empowerment, and complementary stress-regulation practices within the context of conventional medical care. Her work emphasizes meaningful self-regulation, building resilience, and trauma-informed support.

 

Dr. Gopal teaches all levels of Reiki through a structured, research-informed curriculum designed for both personal development and professional application in healthcare and community settings.
